Piner v. Superior Court

962 P.2d 909 (Ariz. 1998).Facts
Piner was driving and stopped before a crosswalk to allow a pedestrian to cross the street. He was struck from behind by a vehicle, which caused to his neck, arm, back and head. He contacted the doctor following the first incident, but was unable to see the physician until a later date.
Later the same day, Piner was involved in another collision at the same crosswalk, which produced similar injuries. He saw a physician a few days later, who could not accurately determine which incident caused which injuries.
