GreenHunter was the sole member of LLC. GreenHunter and LLC shared the same business address, management, employees, and accounting department. The LLC had no revenue separate from GreenHunter and relied on cash infusions from GreenHunter. Additionally, GreenHunter claimed deductions, assets, and liabilities related to the LLC’s activities for its own tax benefits.
