Mary and Bob love sailing. One mild day they decide to take their favorite sailboat out for a ride. They go out and enjoy a nice sail, but on their way back in the wind picks up to dangerous levels. They decide that they need to dock, or they face a strong risk of capsizing. They find a nearby dock that has a “no trespassing” sign attached. However, it’s the only dock for miles. They decide to dock anyway, and tie their sailboat to the dock. Scrooge, the owner of the dock, is very upset and decides to sue Mary and Bob for trespassing.
