Fred entered Macy’s Department Store and took the elevator to the seventh floor toy department. He went there intending to purchase a new Monopoly game. Fred, who only had $8.00 in his possession, saw that Monopoly games were selling for $15.00. Realizing that he did not have enough money to pay for the Monopoly set, he ripped the $15.00 price tag off the box. While no one was looking, Fred then took the $7.00 sticker from a Stratego game and placed it on the Monopoly box. He then purchased the Monopoly game for $7.00 and left the store.
