Tania had some famous paintings of shoes. She kept them in her closet for safekeeping and had kept them there since Dec 1, 1998. On Dec 1st, 2014, she went to an event at Snotty Art Gallery (SAG) for the first time, and saw the exact paintings of the ones she had hanging there. She knew that, like her, the paintings were one of a kind. She went home and discovered that her paintings were no longer in her house. She called SAG and SAG claimed that they had been donated to them on December 1, 2000 and had been hanging in their gallery ever since. The applicable statute for adverse possession is 10 years. Tania sues the gallery for recovery of the paintings, what result?
