On August 26, 2015, Defendant met and provided Lamar Moorer with a $10 bag of marijuana. Moorer refused to pay and Moorer punched the defendant causing a fistfight to ensue. Defendant then left the scene on his bicycle to retrieve a loaded gun stowed in a plastic bag on a nearby rooftop. Approximately six minutes after the initial altercation, the defendant returned to the scene and shot Moorer five times in the chest, continuing to fire even after Moorer fell to the ground.
