State v. Flores

Two weeks prior to the incident, Vernon Greene had moved into his parent’s home. Greene’s mother had driven Greene to work a few days before the stabbing. Greene identified Flores in the car next to them at a traffic light, exclaiming “there’s Joseph!” During the identification, Greene’s mother testified Greene had appeared “nervous” & “scared.” Several days later, Greene was killed by Flores.
At trial, Greene’s mother testified as to Greene’s identification of Flores days prior to the murder.
