Complainant testified that he encountered Ortega , where Ortega and another individual initially asked Complainant to purchase marijuana for them. Complainant testified Ortega and another individual held him at gunpoint , forced him to divulge his PIN number for cash , and forced him to smoke crack cocaine from a pipe. Complainant was forced to take multiple trips to the ATM to obtain cash, and in between was forced to smoke crack cocaine. Once Complainant escaped , he was taken to the hospital where he was interviewed and told medical staff about the experience, including information about the crack cocaine. Ortega was found a day later during an unrelated traffic stop, where law enforcement found crack cocaine as well as Complainant’s financial records.
