Petitioner is an abused child who was hospitalized at three months old. In the hospital, his mother was observed shaking the child and dropping him in his crib. Child services was notified and they secured a court order removing the child from his mother’s control and placing him in shelter care. Several months later, the mother regained custody of the child subject to certain conditions. Eight months later, the court granted child services’ petition to remove the child from the mother’s care for foster care. She refused to reveal the location of the child and refused to bring the child to subsequent hearings.
