In this video, you should consider the following:

• Larceny is the carrying and taking away with the intent to steal. Even if you change your mind about stealing later, the intent matters at the time of carrying and taking away.
• There only needs to be a small carrying away.
• There needs to be the intent to deprive/steal, so honestly believing something is yours will negate that intent and therefore negate larceny.
