Facts
Plaintiff purchased many items on credit from defendant store, dating back to 1957. On April 17, 1962, plaintiff purchased a stereo on credit for $514.95. Defendant’s contract stipulated that the items are to be considered rented and the title to remain with defendant until the installments on the item are paid in full. The contract further stipulated that if a purchaser defaults on a single item, defendant may replevy all items of that purchaser on which that purchaser still owes a balance. Plaintiff defaulted on her stereo payments and defendant sought to replevy the rest of her items on which she still owed a balance, pursuant to the contract.
