Facts
The plaintiff’s wife walked into the defendant’s place of work with the intention of having her malfunctioning clock repaired. While standing on the other side of the counter from the defendant, the woman explained to him what she needed. The defendant then replied that he would fix the clock for her if she would give into his sexual advances. The man then reached for the plaintiff in an effort to touch her arm. The plaintiff then backed away, out the man’s reach.
