Investigation targeting a drug distribution in Connecticut. Its leader was Joseph Jackson who employed several “lieutenants”, including Jackson’s nephew Jayquis Brock to distribute the cocaine base to purchasers. Brock pled guilty and cooperated with the government pursuant to his plea deal. He testified that Dickerson was one of his regular buyers and had been before he joined Jackson’s distribution conspiracy. Brock testified that he did not consider Dickerson to be part of the drug trafficking organization, just a purchaser from them.
