Two individuals were attempting to clutch-start an automobile outside of a college dormitory. Decedent came out of the front of the dorm room at the same time the driver of the vehicle lost control as the vehicle started. The vehicle sped forward toward decedent and pinned hear against the concrete wall at the front of the dormitory. The concrete wall was not constructed up to applicable building code, with the entire structure collapsing on top of her, resulting in her death.
Expert testimony and affidavits supported the claim decedent was killed by the concrete wall falling atop of her
