Wife petitioned for a divorce from Husband on the ground of adultery. The two parties reached a separation agreement which held that Husband was to cover Wife through his employment with health and dental insurance until she married or received those benefits through her own employment. Six years later, Husband filed an action to terminate the requirement that he provide Wife with health and dental insurance due to a substantial change in circumstances, even though she had neither married nor was receiving health insurance through her employer.
