Inman (Plaintiff) worked for Clyde Hall Drilling Company (Defendant) as a derrickman under an employment agreement signed by both parties on November 16, 1959. Defendant’s contract with plaintiff stated that an employee must provide written notice to defendant within 30 days after a claim arises and that written notice was a condition precedent to any recovery. On March 24, 1960, plaintiff was terminated.
