After the parties divorced, they shared joint custody of their son. They were each awarded timesharing with the child for a portion of the week. Melissa filed a motion to modify custody and the parties’ parenting schedule on the basis that Cory had received a speeding ticket, had remarried and divorced, and had moved three times since the parents’ divorce. The court ordered a GAL who reported that they child had said his parents were very active in his life. The trial court entered an order continuing joint custody with the child but ordered that the child reside primarily with Melissa.
