Plaintiff contracted with a repairman to fix her vacant house for $210, and instead of fixing her house the repairman fixed defendant’s house. Defendant’s house appreciated and became marketable as a result and he promised to pay $194 for the value of the work. The repairman then filed a lien against the defendant’s house but assigned the lien to plaintiff’s property as well. She is attempting to remove the lien which was assigned to her by the repairman.
