After the partnership ended, Branch claimed he was entitled to additional compensation for his management services, arguing that these services went beyond what would normally be expected of a partner. Kaiser contested this claim, maintaining that in the absence of a specific agreement for compensation, Branch’s services were simply his contribution to the partnership.
