During the discovery phase, Bluegrass Marine served interrogatories and requests for production on Galena Road Gravel. Dissatisfied with the responses received, Bluegrass Marine filed a motion to compel, arguing that Galena Road Gravel had provided incomplete or evasive answers to several interrogatories and had failed to produce requested documents. Galena Road Gravel opposed the motion, contending that it had adequately responded to the discovery requests and that some of the requests sought irrelevant information or were unduly burdensome.
