LeFever, Krause, and Clark obtained money judgments against Florida Mobile Home Communities, Inc. (FMHC). Atlantic Mobile Homes, Inc. was a co-partner with FMHC in a New York partnership that owned Florida Atlantic Associates and Florida Atlantic Associates Number 2. The petitioners were not parties to the original action against FMHC, nor was the partnership made a party. Nevertheless, the trial court issued an order giving petitioners thirty days to pay FMHC’s debt to respondents, after which respondents could petition for liquidation of FMHC’s assets, including its partnership interest. The trial court based its authority on section 607.274, Florida Statutes, which governs corporate liquidation.
