Virginia also asks her neighbor Owen to find and hire a professional decorator to set up her Christmas decorations. Owen agrees to do it as a favor. However, Noel forgets to do the Christmas shopping, and Owen hires a well-known scam company to set up the decorations. The scam company steals money from Virginia. Can Virginia hold Noel or Owen liable?
