Rachel loves camping and hiking. One weekend she decides to go to Maine to do just that. She sets up a camp site and goes off hiking, but quickly accidentally veers off the marked trail. She ends up in a strange area of the woods that are not on her hiking map. However, she is pretty sure that she’s still at the camp site. But, sadly, she had veered onto Jerry’s hunting property, and despite the fact that Rachel hasn’t done any damage to the property, he is mad. He comes to you asking if he can sue Rachel for trespass.
