This question should be answered using two IRAC structures. Please include all relevant key words in your answer.
A landowner is on his deathbed. His sister, a nun, says, “If you donate your land to my abbey, you will go to heaven.” The landowner modifies his will to leave his land to his sister’s abbey instead of his brother’s real estate company, telling everyone that he wants to go to heaven. When the landowner dies, his brother contests the validity of the will in court. However, the brother is no longer a beneficiary under the current will. The sister argues that the brother does not have standing to contest the will.
Is the landowner’s brother likely to succeed in court?

Hint
To answer this question, you should think about and discuss first whether the brother has standing and second, whether the will is invalid because the sister exerted undue influence on the landowner.
