Jake Gyllenhaal is a famous actor, appearing in very popular films. After surfing the internet he notices pictures on a few websites like TMZ and Perez Hilton, with pictures purporting to be of him. However, it’s not HIS photo. It’s his head photo-shopped onto someone else’s body, in a strange and awkward pose. He is dressed only in skimpy underwear. The Body itself isn’t a bad one, but between the underwear, the posing and the surrounding area that looks like a hotel room, the entire photo looks a bit silly, perhaps as if he was drunkenly fooling around. He is quite upset and wants the photo removed immediately. He comes to you, his lawyer.
