Wyoming.com LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company of which E. Michael Lieberman was a member. Steven and Sandra Mosssbrook, along with Lieberman founded the firm in late 1994. On February 27, 1998, Lieberman was terminated as vice-president of Wyoming.com and was required to leave the premises. He subsequently gave written notice and demanded the return of his share of the current value of the company. The members approved the return of Lieberman’s $20,000 capital contribution. Lieberman refused.
